Default Dyno results on a Mustang Dyno - Low numbers or what???

Hey guys,

Just came back from a dyno day. There was a huge number of cars on the dyno, so I didn''t have much of a chance to talk to the operator about the results. Can you guys chime in (be nice please :o).... Let me know what I''m looking at. The two pulls were done on a Mustang Dyno, so I know that the numbers are lower than DynoJet. My setup is in my sig at the bottom.
Please take a look at the attached dyno sheet. I''d appreciate your input. Does it seem (more or less) where it should be for my set up?? Thank you in advance....

I see nothing wrong with that. Figuring on a dynojet you'd be looking at about 6-8% higher. Only thing that's a little disturbing is the roughness of those curves.

Thanks for the reply... Yeah, not really sure why the roughness in the chart... Maybe they didn't smooth the print out as much as other do?? I will try to call the shop and find out myself. How about the TQ? Usually that number is higher than the rwhp isn't it?? Is it lower because the Mustang Dyno puts load on during the run? Kinda like "real world" road conditions??? I was kinda curious.... But looking at the reults.... 200 rwhp? Am I reading this right?? And only 198 TQ??? Hmmmm....

198 hp actually isnt bad at all for close to no mods and you have an auto.

Many times the tq numbers are lower on a MD chassis dyno.

Thanks Bob!! It was a blast hanging out with you as well. Heck of a turn out at the dyno day. Can't wait for next year. I wish you ran your pony on the dyno so that I'd have another 4.0L dyno sheet to compare too. I think I was the lone 4.0L N/A pony running on the dyno..... Hehee ! Thanks for the vids. You tha' man !! See youa t the next event !

You have no idea how much I wanted to run her.

Those Pypes Street Pros would have sounded awesome!

But at 102,000 miles I can't risk breaking my daily driver.

Let's see if I can have 200,000 on her for next years Dyno Day!!

You've got 102,000 on it now?

Your sig says 100,000+ since April 06, what have you been doing for the past 2 years?
