Will a stock 05 GT-500 hood fit an 05 V6 without major modifications. Both cars are convert. and same color black.

I don't think so. I read other threads here or elsewhere that you'd need the front fascia from the GT 500 to make it work.

There is no 05 GT500. You probably mean the 07 GT500.

The answer to your question is no. You need the GT500 front fascia and grill in order to use the hood.
