ok so lately my car has been acting funny, more than ever. ill be driving along when all of a sudden, in neutral, my idle drops down until the car dies completely. i have to keep reving it up to keep it from dropping below my set 750 or so idle rpms. a few days ago i was driving and my car died on me going about 35+ mph, and i would have to start the car back up again. but the problem was tht it wouldnt start back up at all. it would spark but not start and it took me 5+ tries to finally get it running again. also sometimes while driving my car will out of nowhere bounce and would feel as if the car will pull itself slower until the car would stop and eventually...die. in this phase, the wrench light came on. when starting it back up the wrench light would still be on, until i turned off the car a couple more times and back on again- then it would finally run good and the wrench light would go away. and finally, when driving, as i shift gears, sometimes, when i push in the clutch instead of the rpms dropping lower they rise up 500+ rpms for a few seconds before finally dropping. once the rpms went from 2500rpm to 4k rpm from a single shift from 2nd to 3rd gear for a couple seconds before dropping below 2k rpm. and no my foot was not on the gas pedal either.
ive been hearing that it may be the throttle body sensor being dirty, or the O2 sensors, or possibly that my ecu may be going bad. i do have a C&L intake installed and the sct x3 tuner with it. any help on what i should do? or what the actual problem may be?

I would suggest either the MAF is really dirty (get some CRC MAF sensor cleaner) or your Throttle Position Sensor is on its way out. Good news on the TPS-- it's only like $45.
If the MAF is dirty I would recommend looking at the source of the contamination. My Crown Vic suffered a similar problem that almost duplicates what you describe.
Usually it will trace back to the filter. Look for any tears that allow debris to bypass the filter or over-oiling if you have an aftermarket.

Since he has a cone filter, it could be oil contamination.
ok well i went to ford today and told them tht i wanted it checked out, and i was told tht it would be 125 bux just to diagnose it. seems like a rip off and i dont want to spend tht much if i can just fix it myself

ok so i took my car to the delaership to get looked at fater putting my stock airbox back on and returning to my stock tune. the dealership couldnt find anything wrong because the wrench light wasnt spitting any codes out, so they told me to just keep driving it untill it happens again. well on my way home from picking up my car it dies on me and once again tht wrench light comes on. it took me 10+ tries to get it running again but when it did come on the wrench light went away and i got my first check engine light. i immediately plugged in my tuner and got a code finally
the code is p2135
i have a feeling this is the source of my problems. i think it has to do with the throttle body from reading these forrums. am i wrong? and will the dealership cover this since im still under warranty?

Replace the throttle position sensor (TPS) following the instruction sheet included in the TPS service kit. Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using WDS release B36.11 and higher, or B37.2 and higher.
That is the fix for your code and is what ford will do to fix your problem
Now you finally know whats wrong

so i picked up my car from ford today and i guess they completely replaced the throttle body with a new one. so now its been running fine cept the idle rpm bounces a hundred rpms or so randomly, but the car doesnt die (or at least it didnt today) so hopefully this problem will finally go away
