Hey guys, i was really interested to run my car without muffler and was thinking to get the pypers muffler-delete axle back for my 07 mustang in a couple months later, but would it be legal here in Vancouver and is it going to pass aircare if i have to go or do i need muffler to pass aircare? Please let me know. Thanks.

As an American, I'm not too familiar with Canadian law, but I would be hard pressed to believe that it would be legal. As far as passing air care- most of the environmentally unfriendly gasses are filtered after they pass through the left and right substrates in your catalytic converter, but that is not to say the carbon dioxide that is left over is not harmful to the environment. Since a muffler can help to reduce the flow of these gasses, your country's laws may require you to have one, and thus, the Air Care Station. After all, I'm pretty sure the configuration you desire is intended for an off road vehicle, as are many of the items Pypes sells. I would do more research if I were you. The internet is a wonderful tool. Peace.

Thank you for the reply I was thinking about the cat converter to reduce the bad gases but still need to do some search and ask some local guys as well
