Default installed eibach springs

installing the springs was not that hard as ive thought it would be. i have saved a lot of money and 1 other good thing is sears did not charge me for alignment because they said it didn't need to be aligned. as for the springs they are really good i would highly recommend them theyre more a better ride smoother than the stock springs..

Yeah eibachs are good springs. Im guessing you went with the pro kit since you didnt need an alignment.

does it make it out of center? i just have a little know how on cars but as per driving test i didn't notice any alightment problems at all. when i had the aligtment checked at sears they said it was in perfect alightment still. would u mind telling me how to check for that? i did use the eibach pro kits and according to some write ups i didn't need to add or modify anything with this set. thanks..

Check axle center by dropping a plumbob from the center/edge of each rear wheel well to the center cap of the wheel. Measure the distance from each. If it's off, the fix is an adjustable panhard bar.

What's the difference between the Eibach Pro-Kit and the Sportline-Kit?

Thanks for the info.

I think I am going to do this modification next. The handling is pretty good with the Pony Package but it still feels like it should be a little more responsive.

I have been driving small Honda's and Arura's for over 20 years and I am used to a more responsive Go-Kart feel. For what it's worth I am still getting used to driving a rear wheel drive car.

The sportlines are going to be a very rough ride.

Also, with the Sportlines, the car is going to really have that slammed down look.

I don't want to steal heartychristian's thread so let me know if I should start a new thread.

How does the Eibach Pro-Kit compare to the FRPP springs. I would like to go with FRPP springs if I get similar performance.
