Default Passenger Side Rear Caliper

hey y'all my rear caliper piston wouldn't compress so I had to disconnect it to compress it, can anyone tell me which direction the angle of the hydrolic hose is suppose to go? cause the way I have it put on right now it wont contact the caliper. Had to replace my rotors and brakes as well. Previous owner apperently drove with the e-brake on, cause the rotor was shot to hell and the brakes only started grinding about 3 weeks ago and completely seized up about 2 days after they started grinding.

I had the same problem when I changed out my brakes. All you needed to do to compress the rear caliper piston is to get a master cylinder kit. you can rent these at any autopart store. What the kit does is it pushes and twists the piston evenly which is what a c clamp does not do. Trust me...if it wasnt for the guys on this forum I would have done the same thing you did. Just for the future just rent the kit and twist the piston back in. A time saver!!
