Anyone know anything really cheap or free to do to an 05 v6?? Anyone know where I can anything and everything for my car lighting headlights interior engine dress up tint anything
Free- you might try removing the air silencer on the air box.
As for anything else it will probably cost money, sorry. Places to find things for your car are Ebay, Jegs, Summit, CJ Pony, 5.0 Resto (have stuff for newer cars too), and Unlimited Mustangs are all good places to start.

Craigslist is a great place to find good used nearly free parts. I almost exclusivly have bought/sold with that site and have had nothing but good results. I sold my stock wheels and tires for two hundred bucks and picked up a set of GT 18 inch wheels with good rubber for 300, a net transaction of $100 for new bigger cooler shoes! Keep an eye out and great deals like this will pop up.
The only thing I can think of for an 05 is doing the throttle body coolant bypass.

Looks: smoke front turn signals, sequential taillights, 14" shorty antenna, MRT rear window louvers and a little chrome for the interior 2000 C5 Corvette convertible, Torch Red with Black Interior. Full of options, Corsa exhaust 1990 Ford Bronco 351ci engine- it runs.
The 05 V6s come with a heated throttle body. They did away with that on the 06 and newer cars. It was to keep the TB from freezing up in the winter but it doesn't need it. The TB bypass eliminates the coolant flowing to the TB to give you cooler air from your intake.
Here's the directions. I originally got them from the 4.0collective but it's not on thier site now so I can't just link to it. It's in Microsoft Word format. I did a nicer job on mine and bought new hose and capped the TB and loopback.

remove the muff. it will sound horrible but if you wear ear plugs, you might enjoy the little performance boost.
oops. just realized that you were interested in appearance mods only. a painted GT muff with chrome tip welded on can be considered a appearance mod also.
I have a midwest auto gear plenum cover that I'm trying to sell for 100.00, about the only appear mods cheap is to paint anything you can take off to match your car, my plenum cover is sonic blue
Get a throttle body spacer... they are pretty cheap and some of them come in cool colors. I have a red one... Looks really cool to have pressed up against my shiny throttle body

Mods: Air Raid cold air intake, Air Raid throttle body spacer, Pypes shorty headers, Pypes true dual kit (x-pipe), GT500 Take off mufflers, and Bamachips 91 Torque Tune.
Take your stock antenna and cut it down to a shortie! Be careful removing the ball you'll have to super glue back on. That's the only one I can think of being free... This is a challenge... I'd be interested to see what others come up with!
