No, I didnt forget. In all reality, with a built motor it wont really matter with enough boost!lol
So as I understand it then the performance numbers you are throwing out there are from a "built" motor?
Dont mis understand me I am all for your idea, just want to know what mods are necessary to reach these Numbers...simple bolt on or major mods or somewhere in between?

It will be what ever you need it to be. That is why we offer from a 58MM-76MM at no extra charge. This way if you have a built motor that can handle 800HP then you can go for the 76mm or if you just want something that is daily driver friendly you could pick the 58mm or the 60mm. It is all based on; 1.what the motor can handle stock 2.how fast you want to go and 3. how much HP you are looking to make.
I have spent a long time prototyping may systems that I just junked in search of the best all around fit for all of our future systems. After many trashed systems I determind that the only way to cater to everyones spacific wants/needs to supply you with what ever size best suits you application.
I hope that clears things up a bit.
Thanks for you interest guys, these are all good questions and will help me to better explain what it is that you need to know!

also would having headers be a problem?
Depending on what headers I base this system off of, they might work. Since most headers have a ball and socket joint where the H-pipe connects, I dont see why you couldnt modify the pipes a bit to make it fit regardless of what headers your running.
As far as price goes I can tell you right now that it is going to be cheaper that $5K for sure I just dont want to guess as to how much cheaper as of right now.

Getting this one done is going to be the in road to the development process for the twin as well. I might even build the prototype at the same time but I will want to test that one before I start selling it. The intercooler design will take a while also.

I'd sure like to confuse some GT's and 'Vettes...I'll throw my hat in the ring: '08 Coupe, 5-spd.
Would any shorty header work?
Should I not waste money on a dual exhaust kit?
Would any dyno operator be able to put a tune on it?

Would any shorty header work? I wont know that till the first week of prototyping when I start taking messurements and getting an exact parts list together for fab.
Should I not waste money on a dual exhaust kit? mmmmm, I dont know I will have to take a look at how they are applied but I will do what I can to make it work for both setups. I might just make a pipe for both but like I said I dont know yet.
Would any dyno operator be able to put a tune on it? I only trust a few dyno guys in the US with my cars so to be on the safe side I will have to say YES but not always correctly!! Just choose wisely my man, do lots of research. Where are you exactly? I might know a few people or I know of a couple of guy that are VERY good that for a decent deal will come to whatever shop you are at and put the best tune you can get on it. Most of them are in Cali though.

STS!?!? Ummmm..........Go ahead, let us all know how that works out for ya! lol
It is going to be well worth the wait thats for sure. With their in house dyno you can rest assured that these kits will be ideal for both daily driving and weekend track visits.
We have been talking about offering several options also. Perhaps a 100-300 setup on up through 900+ for those guys that have the motors and guts to handle it.
Tillman has the final say so we will just have to wait for Chris, I am sure he will chime in soon!
