Hi. I have a problem with programming. I have a V6 2006 Mustang. Every parts that I have is stock except only air intake. I exchanged K&N Cold air intake last month. When I program to my car, I couldn`t see K&N CAI option, so I just choose "stock intake" on my tuner and then I programed.
After that, when I turned on engine, I realized that"The service engine soon" indicator and "electronic throttle control" indicator light is on. Those never turned into off while engine is on. so I progremed into just stock again and I couldn`t use SCT LIVEWIRE tunner!! what problem do I have?? Does My K&N CAI cause this problem? or Is there any other problem? please let me know! I can`t handle this problem by myself. Do I have to get a custom tuned file in order to afford to my K&N CAI???? please help me gentlemen. thank you.

Not only check engine light but also wrench light exactly!!!! Do you know what happened to mine???

You didn't disconnect any harnesses from the throttle body did you?

No I didn`t . Do I have to disconnect harness from throttle body? I didn`t even know that because there was no explanation about disconnecting on instruction. Addtionally, my car is 2006 V6 mustang. I went to certified SCT dealership near my house, they messed my tuner up. I can`t even turn on my tunner now.
I can see only message "Detecting memory" from lcd screen whenever I try to turn it on . So I have to send it to the SCT to look after it. It was so rediculous tho.
How certified dealer mess the tunner up?? I just worried about warranty now because I`m not first purchaser.
