Default Need Help With Transmission!!

Ok well we just traded in my 2000 v6 stang for a 2005 v6 stang and the transmision sucks!! my dad just told me this over the phone and im not quite sure whats wrong with it. But what can i do would it be better to buy a new one or ry to fix? wich would be cheaper? and i want to put some Performance parts on it what would you recomend? ohh an its a manual transmision by the way

uhh when driving down the highway on 5th gear if you let go a litle of the gas it will go to neutral and the dealer dint state this problem would you think i have a lemon law case?? but my parent or gonna go tomorow to see if we can return the car get the money back on most importanly my 2000 v6 what can i do?

Well,i sure understand your frustration,but do try and see what they may do to help you first.I think your problem has something to do with synchros,but it certainly needs taken care of.Try and get a new tranny out of the deal,and you could toss in a new performance clutch while they are in there.These are really solid cars,generally speaking.I am sure they will want to "experience"the issue,so is it happening all the time or easily duplicated?
