Alright here it goes. The roush side exhaust looks really cool, but my buddy want the car loud! hes got a 2005V6. He was kindda leaning towards the SLP Loud Mouth, Pypes O/R H pipe and LT headers. Can some one tell me how you could fit the side exhaust with these components? Is it even possible? Or what would be another way to make it sound nice and loud... Eventually he'll be adding some cams..

The easiest way is to remove the muffler.

Though in my book, it is far from nice.

Dude, the side exhaust's ARE loud, in fact prbly some of the loudest cause of the short distance to the exit. Plus due to their location close to the passernger compartment, they are VERY loud inside the car as well. How loud does he want the thing? Remember Quality, not Quantity is the way to go.

i allways liked that look. old school stuff, chrome headers into sidepipes. allways thought about that for my 67 fastback, but the money allways went into something else.( i had oval header mufflers after being tired of the glass packs) off the 289, and chrome pipes to the rear axle. i got a ticket too for excessive noise, but alot of it was the motor itself. it was so wicked there was nothing i could do. fix it and bring the car to the police station or pay the ticket. i paid. but i think those rousch side pipes are pretty cool, just not for me now. i just want the dual mufflers out the rear bumper.
