I seriousely want to get a advise from you guys .

I have a problem with my SCT livewire.

I asked about this problem to sct so many times, but they have

never answered.

Now, I really pissed off SCT ! I bought my livewire device 2 months

ago, but I couldn`t use it until now. Could you really help me

please?

I have a 2006 V6 mustang. Probably, everything is stock except

mufflers and air intake.

I have installed K&N FIPK CAI, Pypes dual mid muffler system(sfm69) .

My strategy number is FBIS2B6 and the number which is from under

hood is EPN1.

Whenever I install pre-loaded tune file to my car, I can see "service

engine " indicator and "wrench shaped" indicator turning on from the

dash pannel after the installation. It turns never off.

I really have no idea. SCT have never answered and I can`t even

know what does problem.

Do I need to disconnect all harness prior to installation?????

But I don`t even know how disconnect them. Why my

installation does not work like a normal??? please could anyone help

me about this problem? Do I need to get custom tune???

I almost get mad because of SCT! please help me.

Your tuner should show you some trouble codes,maybe under an area in the tuner that says "read dtc's".Get the numbers and that wil help you figure it out.

A typical tuner wants to know what cai you are using because they give you tunes that are meant for your cai so you are in a good medium between rich and lean for the car.<Just something to be mindful about maybe..

Clearly there is either something wrong with the tune or you installed the incorrect tune. Where did you purchase the device?
