Thumbs down Who makes the softest lowering springs?

Help! My back is killing me! My Mustang has been lowered approx. 1.5" w/Vogsland progressive rate springs. I love the look but the ride is stiffer than a nun's *&$#@! I'm running Tokico HD non-adjustable shocks and I'll keep those. I'm just wondering if I should go back to the stock springs and ugly wheel gap. Any suggestions on "soft" springs that will lower the car and feel more like stock?

Thats a great question i exactly want the same thing, i'd rather sacrifice handling over comfort, i hate stiff suspension on DD car. So let us both know if theres a stock ride quality suspension that also lowers the car.

If you want a really soft ride, then an air ride suspension is the way to go. You can choose your softness and ride height at the push of a button.

i didnt see that you had a S197 so the ford C springs dont apply

i like for the ford "c" springs personally... i dont think they are TOOO bad... just look for spring rates... but remember the more you lower a car the higher the spring rate will more then likely be!

I found these BMR lowering kits from stangmod site and they say it will have the same OE ride quality and its way better priced than Eibach and FRPP
