hey im just wondering if the throttle body spacer from steeda is worth it or dont waste the money or is there a better one out there with more bang on the buck. I need some help......

A throttle body spacer will do nothing for you, regardless of what brand you buy.
If you're installing a JLT intake, hopefully you're installing a tune with it. Most intakes wont see any hp increase without a tune and running it without a tune will cause your engine to go lean (too much air, not enough fuel) and is BAD.
If you're looking for more go, i'd start with a custom tune to go with that intake and some gears/tlock. A short shifter if you've got a manual transmission.
If you dont have the pony package then I recommend getting a set of GT sway bars for your car also.

A spacer can improve low end tourque, but its only by 5 ftlbs or something like that. They are a cheap bolt on that gives a little bit of a gain. It just depends on if you want to spend the money. However since you are already getting an intake that flows better than a stock one you might get more out of it.
