I just got a pair of gt takeoffs on ebay fo $30. $64 with shipping. I also just trimmed my bumper for the other muffler using a template from pypes' website. Worked out really good.

You're on the right track. Using GT takeoffs, GT mid pipe, FOMOCO clamps & H pipe - you'll have a system that sounds better than any of the after market mufflers. Cut the eyebrow using an air dremel tool and a CD as a template.

Thanks rgensemer. I actually was debating what to do but I saw your setup in a previous thread and really liked the way that turned out. How much was the final price on your setup? Did you do it yourself? I'm new to all this so i was wondering if I could do it myself with my "limited" ability to say the best.

Default Dual Exhaust

I installed Magna flo dual exhaust. Every thing is bolt on and the guy who said to use a dremel and cd is right on.

You might want to look at pypes dual exhaust kit, its really cheap and sound good. It is all bolt on so it gives you the option of changing the mufflers if you want to later.

Check out the classified section or PM me. I'm selling both GT mufflers taken of my car as well as the stock H pipe.

Well if you do have limited abilities I recommend taking the car to a local shop and having them price you a custom made dual conversion and just buying the gt takeoffs and using that setup. I did that and my local shop offered the whole install and parts for less than I could have bought the stuff and did everything myself.
