what are some times for a stock mustang 4.0 convertible with and automatic run in the quarter mile and what is the stock horsepower rating

Stock it is 210hp
This is a total guess at times. Id say high to mid 15's.

stock is actually around 175 rwhp, with a convertible im guessing your going to be in the high 15s possibly very low 16s

Mid to high 15s possibly low 16s depending on the conditions, weather and traction. Ford advertises 210 HP 240Lbs of TQ to the crank. To the wheels you probaly make 170-175 HP or so.

15.6 was my best with a .008 rt, automatic , stock wheels, no mods(trac ctrl off and od off)

Don't quote me, but am pretty sure that the traction control option is standard equipment for the 4.0 v6/auto for all years. The button to turn it on/off is right next to the hazzard light button on the center/top of the dash.

the G/F's V6 with JBA dual exhaust only on stock tires i got 15.40's out of her all day long on a pretty sucky track. take the time to learn the car and the time will slowly fall and you'll find a settling area that you run consistantly.
