as far as doing a burnout in a manual car, the easiest way is to just expect to roll a few feet. Bring your revs up and let the clutch out fairly quick, quick enough to break traction, then once the wheels are spinning, then worry about slowing yourself with the brake. Your only other "best" option is to buy a line lock, wich will lock only your front brakes while you do a burnout. This heel/toe stuff is very difficult, breaking traction and geting them spinning then pushing the brake to keep forward motion to a minimum is much easier.
