Hello all,

Has anyone had these codes come up before? What did you do to correct it? Was there a particular part involved.

Here is what I know about my situation. I had a shorted out O2 sensor on Bank 2 sensor 1. I replaced it. I also believe that I had vacuum leaks around the PCV and replaced the o-ring and cleaned it up. Re-torqued the throttle body and EGR valve to correct specs. Replaced sparkplugs, air cleaner, and used starter fluid to check for further vacuum leaks. Nothing further found. Still have the codes.

Drove from Carlsbad, NM to Cleveland, OH and back. Codes remained the same the entire time.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
