Default Convertible top won't work

Hi , I have a 2007 V6 convertible. The other day I was putting down the top and the pump made a different sound? The top went down but had a problem getting it to come the whole way back up, after a few tries got it locked down.
Went out this am and put the top down same strange sounds. But got the top 1/2 way and that's all. Pump now doesn't make the normal sound at all. Moved the car and hydro fluid in front of both wheels> took off the inner panels and looks like I have fluid leaking from both cylinders on both sides & at both connections.
Has any one had this problem? The pump was always a little noisy but could it have blown both cylinders?
Have the car in the garage but top is 1/2 way up nearest ford dealer is 30 miles any ideas how to get the top up ?

HELP I am desperate!

You should be able to disconnect or bleed off the Hydraulics and close the roof manually from I can understand ...

Good Luck

Default Convertible top won't work

Hi Guys,
Well here is the update on the convertible top.
I took off the side panels and found out what looked like blown lines. Top was in 1/2 open position so it was a real PAIN to get to the two bolts that held the cylinders in place off> after getting a friend to help me from cutting off my fingers in the top mechanism when it came loose. I finally got my top down (Would hate to have this happen Late at night during the rain without tools!!!)
After taking it to the local Ford dealer they found I had blown Cylinders> "Looked like I had one bad one and when it went blew the load stressed out the other and the pressure blew it too"
Car is under warranty but Mother Ford will only replace one cylinder at a time so I have to wait till they replace the one then reorder the other side.
"SUCKS" BUT they were really good at the dealer and said they were checking for any other Ford releases on lines or pump issues, and would replace as needed.

Later

Why would they only replace one of the two broken cylinders? Wouldn't that cause the new one to blow then for the same reason the second one blew already? It makes no sense.

Yea, You tell me.
Their explanation was "I may have had a bad cylinder, when it failed and I tried to raise the top > the additional pressure on the other cylinder blew it too.

But Ford will only replace one cylinder under warranty at a time!!! so I had to wait till the one came in then they> Dealer> ordered the other one! Believe that!!! The Dealer told me that would be how they would have to handle it, so I would get both new ones.
