Default V6 Pinion Flange for 8.8" Rear End

Does anyone know where i can find a pinion flange for my v6 drive shaft?

i have the 8.8" rear end and i want to install it before my 23 hour drive to new york next month.

i have the gt drive shaft as well, idk what i can do with it but it doesnt have any of the hardware that was used to mount it anyway.

i could be wrong but couldnt you just use the GT drive shaft and not worry about the pinion flange since you have the proper shaft?

its the 2005+ cobra flange from newtakeoff.com i believe.....I'm just going to order the 8.8 with the cobra flange already installed which is what you should do if you haven't already got it

Here's some part #'s: E9TZ4851A and Ford Racing: M-4851-B. Those are the flanges you need on the rear if you want to reuse your V6 shaft.

Like stated earlier you may be able to use that GT driveshaft, I'm not sure if the output flange on the GT and V6 are the same, I believe they are. Google around for driveshaft replacement guides and they should have pics. You can most likely get new hardware from dealer for the pinion side. Reusing the GT shaft will most likely be easier than pulling the flange off the 8.8 and replacing it.

If you got the extra dough ditch both of those shafts and get a one piece aluminum shaft.
