Are they the brake lights or the regular lights? does the third brake light stay on?
Instead of letting the battery drain, I would disconnect it until you can troubleshoot it.

The negative. So the third brake light in the center is off?
You can't turn them off from the inside switch?

Maybe I am doing sth wrong. I've just bought it. I have not done anything extraordinary when driving today, I just put the lights on and that is it. I have not gone through the whole manual yet. What can I try to do? Is there 'a switch'?

Has the car been exposed to a lot of rain recently? Do you have any water on the passenger side foot well?

There is a headlight/foglight switch. The one you used to turn them on in the first place.

It's a possibility though I''ll have to check to see what lights are controlled from there.

Actually I tried to put the anti-fog back lights on, but I think I failed to do so. Shall I try to reverse it? Do all Mustangs have anti fogs?

F2.15 is a 10 amp fuse supporting the stop lights so I suppose it could be the SJB.

Ok... other possibility would be a short or a ground problem somewhere.

It looks like all the lights are controlled through the SJB.
