i would recommend cat back if you wanted to be still legal and the h-piping is a good idea i just have true duals on mine so i wouldn't think it would be bad. i recommend though after the piping get some headers and an air intake. anything else just ask me i just started modding my stang and ive only done a couple things but go ahead and ask away ill answer them as best as i can to my knowledge.
