I'm getting the Saleen S-Style rims(18x9) and getting 255/45/18's. I know for sure there is going to be a gap b/w the tire and body and I HATE that look. Should I get the Eibach Pro-Kit or the Sportlines? I don't want to go too low to where my tires are rubbing but I also don't want a good bit of a gap showing. What do you guys think? I want to stick with Eibach because I heard they produce great springs. And by the way, I'm getting the Tokico HP Series struts and shocks(Please don't suggest the D-Specs, I dont want to spend $540...I'm on a strict budget).

Well the best thing for you to do is get the new wheels and tires mounted up on you Mustang before you decide on which spring kit to use. Once they're installed, measure the amount of gap you have between the top of your tire and the bottom of the fender. The Eibach Pro-Kit will lower your car 1.00" - 1.25", and the Sportlines' will lower it 1.50" - 2.00". Just from reading the specs on your tires and wheels, I'm thinking that you'd be better off using the Pro kit.
I have 18-9 fan blade wheels, and pro kit springs. I wish I would have gone with the sportlines. There won't be any rubbing issues, I have LOADS of clearance left, in fact I think it is hard to tell I have even been lowered with the pro kit's. The only issue with the sportlines is the need for the camber kit which adds to the cost of install. I may go that route eventually though because I, like you, love the look of the "stuffed" wheel and tire and super low stance. I don't even care if the ride is so stiff my fillings fall out, for that look it would be worth it. Go Sportlines IMO.
Look at my avitar, or my pics, my tires are 235/50/18's and there must be two inches clearance in front and 3 inches clearance in back!! Not the super low look I was going for, but I was scared to go too low! and now I wish I had gone lower.
stlwagon, is there any springs that won't be so painful and that are durable?
and what camber kit can you guys suggest...I had no idea that I had to get that? can you guys tell me why I need this also...just wondering and learning .

I've been very satisfied with the Steeda Ultralights. Not harsh at all. As for camber adjustment, I'd recommend the StangSuspension Camber Plates

The eibach pro-kit springs are a comfy ride, but look at the gap I have (I have 18 inch rims as well, and similar profile tires as your planned tires.) If you want it lower than mine, you will have do deal with a stiffer ride. In general, those "slammed" looking cars really bounce your teeth out on the road, it is just a fact of life, you pay for the look with more than money if you know what I mean.
If you go with the pro kit, you won't need camber plates, if you go with sportlines, you will. The lower you go, the harder it is to get your front end geometry right without adding more adjustability to it.
