Default release bearing causing clutch slippage?

so i have been having alot of problems with my clutch, i had the stock one wear out so i put in a centerforce, when i put it in the release bearing started rattling and the clutch is slipping with only 2000km on it, ive had a few people tell me that the release bearings on these ones when they are shot can cause the clutch to clip, any thoughts on this? i called ford and to get it you have to order the release bearing and clutch cylinder, ive never worked on this kind of a setup, so if anyone has had this problem, or can think of anything else that could be causeing me slippage id appreciate it, i looked inside teh clutch and there is none of the dust buildup youd expect with a worn clutch and the pedal grabs at the proper height, so i dont think its worn, please help,

How about the rear main seal? Could have some weepeage there. Did you replace it when you did the first clutch?

The slave cylinder should be replaced.
