No, if you install aftermarket headers or an intake and get a check engine light then you need to either buy a tuner with custom tunes designed for your car and your new mods, or go get a custom dyno tune.
All that Autotube thing does is turn off the light, it doesn't fix the problem that made the light come on... :/
