Default Drain plugs

I would like to replace my automatic transmission fluid from my V6 and also the radiator coolant, could someone tell me where are the drain plugs located? what is the procedure to change them?

Thanks

if no drain plug on ATF pan. get kitty litter and cardboard and a drain pan. losen the bolts in a circular pattern letting it drop down. your going to spill it. just drain it...have a big pan ready that holds atleast 6 quarts due to spash.

if it has a drain plug it will be on the bottom of the transmission pan.

replace the filter while your in its cheap there clean off the magnet

as far as radiator warm up your engine (turn car off)
craw under car
attach a rubber hose to drain (should be pointing straight down on the lower back corner) then open peacock . be sure to have a couple gallon jugs!

once drained either flush, or refill. besure to follow instructions!

its easy but the ATF is messy!
WEAR SAFTEY GLASSES WHEN DROPPING ATF PAN

What type of oil should I use in my A. Transmission?
I don't have the special tool to fill up the new fluid that is showed on the diagram, how can I fill the transmission with the new oil without using this tool?

Thanks

There isn't a dipstick. The Mustang AT is a sealed system. First service due at 60K. Yes, you need a fluid pump to do it.

All of that info is in the owners manual, are you missing it for your car? If so, you can find many online versions of it. For example here is one for the 2006 Mustang.
http://www.mustangblog.com/info/2006.ownersmanual.pdf

Fluid is Mercon V
Capacity is 11.9quarts

Ford certainly didn't make it easy. Some GT owners have gone to a deep pan with an integrated dipstick.
