I just finished changing my rear brake pads, but the book says in two different places that the torque for those two bolts is only 24 ponunds.
I'm thinking that's light. The bolts I'm refering to are the two 15mm socket size and are about 1 1/2" long. They hold the caliper on.
Does anybody have a different spec for this anywhere?

I just checked the service manual. It it 24 lb-ft.

Hey thats more torque then most imports have.

You probably got that from the same service manual I have. I still found it hard to believe, but if that's more than most imports have, then I guess it is what it is.
