Default installation price for LTs

i got my MAC long tube headers in about 2 weeks ago so they have just been sitting in my closet untill i get my tuner in from bamachips, anyways the question is how much would it cost to get them installed ive asked all around town and no one will touch it lol. We are thinking of going back to the shop where i got my duals on they said they would do it for 280 which seems a bit to high so we are going to go ask them to lower the price. So what would be a resonable price for this kind of labor?

thanks

My local shop told me $180 for a complete install. No matter if it took an hour or all day. Since sometimes they can be difficult.

yeah i would imagine it would be around 200... 280 does seem a little high but it also depends on the area you live etc..

try googling performance auto shops in your area. Thats what i did and it worked

**** 280 is worth it for a good 8hr install from hell.. I've never done a header install on mustang, but have on a evo, STI, rsx-s.. yeah they are imports and diff setup but they were a PITA.
