2006 Mustang Tail Light Won't Turn Off. Help!!

The right tail light will not turn off. I have made sure all the lights are off inside the car but the far right (of three) tail lights remains on. Any ideas? Kevin

Welcome... Likely either a short or a problem with the Smart Junction Box. Any water leaks in passenger side front?

have you tried disconnecting the battery for 30 min?

Thank you for your reply. We have had an unusual amount of rain this December so I'm sure there's is some sort of leak. Also, this is a convertible prone to leaks everywhere. LOL. Maybe it will fix itself once we have a few days of dry weather. I will have Ford take a look soon. Kevin

yea id trying disconnecting the battery, its happended to me before, and the battery disconnecting worked fine

I had the same problem. I disconnected the battery overnight and the problem was solved.
