Arrow gt 500 exhaust on a v6??

Can this be done? i've been looking at cat-back exhaust to see if it could work or if just an axle back would work too. Is there anything that i would have to do to make it fit or would it just slip on? i would have to convert my rear bumber of course to make it dual if i get the catback, but i'm thinking if i just get the axleback exhaust i could just use one until i convert it to dual.

please help me out, i've been thinking about this for a while and i want to know if it would work.

You can use any aftermarket mufflers made for S197 including the GT500 axlebacks on the V6. However using the whole system would need a bit of tweak on the H-pipe.

Agree that the midpipe would require some fabrication since the V6 is a 60* V and the V8 is a 90* V.

The x pipe or y pype back should be totally interchangable though. Just buy a v6 specific x or h or Y pype and install the GT500 system back from there. They probably will be less loud than the GT takeoffs though, cuz they are made to muffle the 5.4 vs the 4.6 and they probably are bigger with more baffles. Put them on a 4.0 and it will likely be pretty quiet (probably deep though)
