are the heads from the SOHC 4.0 exporers the same as the heads on the mustangs? cam profile? i need a new head and the only one i can find is the explorer heads

Did you check Super Six Motorsports. They should have the 4.0 heads.

so it turned out that the head was bad after all huh. what happened to it and what was it that went bad?

i dont exactly remember, i found out a minute ago, i decided it was cheaper at the time to fix my honda, fixed it, let someone use it, ran it hot cause of unknown crack in radiator, head leaks oil from right side rear corner -_-

im just looking for oem heads, nothing special, im tired of driving my father's colorado

got bad gas leaned out my 11 lb x charged engine, head above cyl is damaged as well as the valves
