All the bolt on's you can think of will shave thenths here, thousandths there, but without gears, you will have to go with FI to get there. Even with FI, you still will probably need gears to see 13's, depending on what you go with and how much power it gives you.
Nitrous really isn;t F/I because there is no compression.
With the bolt on I have other than nitrous I ran fastest 13.4 with street tires but I had 3.73 if you want faster get some with stock gears get you basic bolt on CAI, LCA, 1 piece Driveshaft, Headers, Full exaust and some good drag radials.
FYI Mickeys stick better than nitto.

It sounds like you want your cake and to eat it too....... You might get into the 13's with a reeeeeealy big shot of no2 (like 100 or even more like 125 or so) but the longevety of your motor will be questionable. Seriusly though, from what I have heard, mpg's don't go down much on 3.73's. You can make up mpg's in stop and go driving actually with a shorter gear. In the end, if you wanna play, you will have to pay, and that goes for mpg's as much as it applys to $
also i know s/c like the x charger actually help your fuel economy. its keeping you foot off that pedal when you hear the charger scream that kills peoples mileage. theres been a few guys claim that there x charger added 1 - 2 mpg. also the 3:73s supposedly dont greatly impact your fuel economy either.

but the cheapest route without gears and a s/c or t/c is nitrous. Zex makes an awesome system, theres another thread on this page that ive been posting in, i think there is some info in there you might want to look at.

Well on a stock car, I suppose the X-Charger would add mpg's because of the bigger air intake, but on a car like mine with a CAI I highly doubt it would improve it, but thanks for the info .

the x charger totally eliminates your CAI, comes with its own tube and box. More air+ more fuel= more power and if you are conservative better efficientcy thus improving your gas mileage. It really would make a difference, you just have to stay off that pedal.
