Question Footwell Lighting Kit Install Question?

Ok Guys,
I got a footwell lighting kit that I'm trying to install, but I've ran into a wall!!!
What power wire do you splice into to hook up the kit? As in, I'm trying to hook mine up, so when my dome map lights come on, the footwell lights do too!
That's the power wire I'm looking to splice into...
Please let me know! & Thanks for all your help!

i think i can help you out with this just a few questions.. what year is your car and does it have to be come on with the dome lights? or are you will to do a toggle switch? cause i too did a footwell kit.. well it wasn't a kit it was with some leds i had left over for doing a friend's car.

Dang, lol I knew I forgot to type something! Sorry about that...

My stang is a '05 V6
& yes I would like the footwell kit lights to come one the same time the dome lights do, with no toggle switch! I just need to know which color power wire it is, to splice into... I'm sure its one of the wires that hook up to the dimmer switch panel, if that helps... Thanks for all your help!

i guess im confused. you want them to come on when your dome lights are on, but only when the dome lights are on? like when you open the door? hmm, are they like neons under you feet by the pedals or the door sill plates that light up?
