My automatic tranny shifter broke off the plastic attached to the front of the handle. The piece slides back and forth in the console and orange gear indicator is a part of the piece. When it snapped off it slid forward into the console. Not a part of the tranny so it works normally.

What replacement part do I order from my dealer ? The entire console or is there a different part ?

I think you're going to need the entire shifter mechanism.
