hi my friend just gave me some mustang Gt Eibach springs. Will this work on my V6 Mustang??

This spring is a made for mustang gts but i looked it up online the v6 and the gt look the same springs..

i hav a 2006 mustang v6


also how much is it to set these up at a shop??

and no it is not designed to work with a V6
I would see them and put the money to springs for your v6

Nope they won't work... and just install them your self its not hard.

wont work..but when u d get some at least instal your rear ones. theyre easy. if you dont have access to a spring compressor(theyre kinda dangerous anyway if you dunno what youre doing) take it to a shop for the fronts, it will only look funny till you get your fronts in. lol

If you change to an 8.8 on a V6, what springs do you use? V6 or GT? I haven't seen this question addressed.

One minor detail for you if you put the Eibach springs in yourself. The springs are progressive rate so they have a orientation. When you put them in be sure you can read the decal on the springs when you install them. I replaced all the shocks(with GT takeoff) and put GT sway bars(front and back) in when I put in my V6 Eibach springs to lower the car. I did not need a spring compressor to put any of the springs in. As to the spring orientation issue...don't ask how I know that...
