Right now im planning on upgrading a few things all at once so that when i order the tuner, the tune will be adjusted to everything.
at the moment:
__Demon coil + livewires = $186 (includes shipping)
____GT take off mufflers = $130 (newtake off, inc shipping)
Bamachips cai/sct combo = $625 (not inc shipping)
________________Total = $941 (give or take)
anything else i should get before i get the tuner or any other comments/suggestions?

Sounds like a good plan. You'll be happy with everything you do. For those mods, however, the tune doesn't have to be adjusted. Oh and the gt take off exhaust seem to be a little high priced. I know several around here have found them next to nothing. Maybe check the classified section first.

Yes, way too high for the GT Mufflers.Check around.Even try e-bay.You should be able to find them much cheaper.Everything else sounds OK.
Yes ebay has them cheap, or ninosport has them too (got mine there). and i believe if you look, ninosport has a discount code good for 5% off?

be sure to check out my instalation thread, even though its a no brainer!
u can feel the jump in performance off of it!
thought about some 3.73's or 4.10's?
373 works realllly well in these cars
yeah, im planning to get 4.10's, i dont drive alot of highway and since the ratio is ~21% higher, now im at around 2100rpm at 70ish, 2500 would be just fine, and def worth the more acceleration. The most highway i do is 3 miles to work, and school is none.
im planning to get the 8.8 rear with 4.10s eventually, prolly an alluminum driveshaft too, that will be my next set of upgrades tho, all these upgrades i can do myself
-gave up videogames, got a new addiction /sigh

found them on ninosport for $89 (free shipping). thanks
And i know the coil and muffler dont NEED a retune, but would telling Bamachips that i have those 2 mods change the tune? hmm....

So what kind of horse power gain, and 0-60 times do you think you'll get with theses mods?
no clue, as i have no dyno places next to me that i know of. the cai/tune will give me close to 15 according to bamachips, muffler say maybe 5, maybe 7 in combo with the cai, the coil is supposed to give around 10, so im hoping ill gain at least 30 with all 4 combined.
My theory... cars are three things, air, gas, spark. CAI and muffler increase air flow, tuner increases gas, coil increases spark duration and intensitity. (that was a simplified version of course, i wont get into gear ratios/friction/other stuff)

I have the exact mods you are looking to do lol, I have not dynoed but it's definate that it made an increase, I'm planning to get some head/cam work done before I get a dyno tune, but the biggest thing I have noticed will all of my mods is the major gas mileage increase. I am getting 33 mpg highway in the cold weather, I was getting that last year in the warm weather with just the CAI. You'll love all of the mods also because they really do make your car sound good.

Dont forget!!
even though the gt takeoffs are only 90 bucks..you still have to spend like 250 just to have them installed!!
in my opinion, if you are already going to be down there, should just do it right.
Go with dual Magnaflows, thats what i have and i LOVE...(repeat) LOOVVEE them.
no drone, great sound at all rpms, and noticable hp increase over stock
not sure on price though because they were on the car when i bought it.

Well i would only be replacing the muffler (right side), not changing to duals. Im not planning on it because i dont have enough money to buy a GT bumper to go with it.

Holy **** dude! Where did you get yours installed? I can get a true dual exhaust done at a local car shop for 160 (thanks 05horse). Dual exhaust isn't that hard to do, I am planning to do it this summer along with some headers in my garage when IT ISN'T F^CKING -12 DEGREES! Sorry guys just really pissed off about the crap weather I've been having, my mustang hasn't left the garage in like a week...
