What's the difference with these UDPs

What the difference withjust UDPs or a harmonice balancer? Are they the same thing?

I believe the under drive pulleys turns the alt,water pump,and maybe the PS pump less % than from the factory.Like from 100% to 75% depending on the UDP you get.No,they are not the same.Harmonic balancer is different that the UDP's.
