It seems US is way cheaper than hear because so far I got $900 and $1200 installed including 3.73 and Tlock. Does anyone know a shop in Seattle, I'm an hour away from it so probabely I can drive there

Most places run between $300-$400. Dealerships may be a bit more. It is basically the same price to do just gears or just tlok, the majority of the price is taking everything apart and putting back together.

a lot of guys argue that just getting an 8.8 take off with those gears and t loc already installed is more efficient as far as money goes. you pretty much get everything you would out of beefin your 7.5 but you have a stronger axle for around 300$ more and install is cheaper. once again, thats a heck of an insurance poilcy if youre planning on making more hp/tq

Randy's ring and pinion is here in Everett WA, even closer to you than seattle. They are world known for their rear end work. They quoted me $400 once a few months ago.
