Default Rear end install trouble. Help!

So the guy just called me and said he got the rear end in but cannot connect it to the drive shaft. he said the spines are different from my 7.5 and he needs a yoke...? help me out here, what do I do? I cannot be without a car for long and can't afford much more labor.

I got it with the cobra flange and the guy said I should be good to go...

If you bought a GT rear end you need a different flange. If it has the "Cobra pinion flange" it is supposed to fit.

Sumpin sounds fishy bud, if you in fact had the cobra flange, this should be a no-brainer. It was for me when I did it last week. Call or e-mail modularmuscle and verify that the rear end they sent you was for a v6 (he should have that info I would imagine) . If not you will have to buy a flange and have that insalled. Bummer, sorry it didn't go like butter.

after a crazy long day with me trying to get rides and borrowing cars and skipping class, It all worked out. I went and bought a cobra flange from a local JEGS.
