Have you driven the car since airing up the tires?? The pressure sensors are activated by tire rotation. Try putting a few miles on the car and see if it resets the light. If not you may need to have the system diagnosed. I have yet to have a problem with a Ford TPMS system.

I had that problem only it was caused by putting on a set of tires and rims from an 09 GT. the dealership wanted 40 bucks to reset the tpms,,, I ended up buying the reset tool frome ebay for 20.

After you aired up your tires, did you take it for a spin? The bricks in the rims are not on all the time (supposedly) and become active at around 15 to 20 mph.
