Default 2006 Mustang 4.0 Rearend

So I was messing with my buddy dragging a stop lights and we were pretty much even. The only thing is the I'm spinning my right rear tire all the way through the intersection if im on it. I want it to be a more "solid" rearend. whats the best way to do it. NO linclon lockers! Thanks

A t-loc will make it so you spin both your tires which is better than one.

Now if you plan on putting gears back there, save up and buy a whole rear axle that has the T-loc and the gears you want.

Several hundred, not sure how much exactly. That is why if you want gears, wait to get the whole axle.

How much would a new rear axle cost? And what would be a good fit for the car?

get a gt takeoff 8.8 from newtakeoff.com it runs i think 950 with a set of 4.10 gears maybe less if you get 3.73. You might be able to install yourself if you have any experience, if not its a simple shop job. Shipping to new jersey runs like 200 bucks, theres a shipping calc on there so take all that into account. Your looking at 1200ish if you can install.
