I need help with a good brand of turbos and some good Head gaskets and head studs so i can lower my compression thinking about a 12psi for a turbo

there are a couple people running 12 psi without anything done to the motor and have had no problems, i plan on doin that soon as well, right now im jus sittin at 8.3 psi
