Default Will a GT rear bumper fit my 2008 Mustang V6

I recently had some damage done to my rear bumper. I am having a dual exhaust put on this month and will have to cut the existing bumper. Instead to make it look nicer and replace the damage can I put a GT rear on my V6 2008. Is there anything extra like that I will need or will it fit just right?

Rear bumper is fine. Front bumper you'd also need the grill. At least as far as I understand.

Get a second pair of hands to help your install it since its so big and awkward for one guy.

I called new take off and a few others. Due to the 2010's coming out they are not carrying any more rear bumpers. Those places are great but thier Inventory varies day to day. Also ask what you are getting. If you get the Chrome bulletts they don't give you the chrome lugs or the center caps so by the time you get that the prices are the same. CJ's has them unpainted for $236. Thanks I didn't want to get a GT rear and then find out it won't work.

It is a very easy install job. But once you have the old one off you need to remove an inside piece that carries the wiring. You just drill out the pop rivets and re-attach that part to the new bumper. It's not hard at all. You can re-attach it with plastic fasteners.
