Default Benefits of a strut tower brace

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what benefits I might glean from a strut tower brace. My 2007 v6 is only lightly modded, with an FRPP dual exhaust and 18x9/18x10 wheels (and some appearance bling, including pony package).

--Will a brace provide a noticeable improvement in handling in my case? Is it worth the money?
--Would it be worth adding if I invest in a cai and a custom tune for more torque or performance?
--Which braces are most reliable?

I do mostly routine daily driving on highways, in the 55-75 mph range. Tpically straight driving, few curves, no racing.

Thanks for any input!

It'll reduce strut tower deflection a little but nothing that you'd really notice. You'd be better off installing an A-arm brace.

yup looks cool depending on what year you have watch out for interference with the hood insulation think 2007 or newer are fine i know my 2008 is and get one for a v-6 i bought a gt one really cheap but had to do some mods to get it to clear intake. the 2008 9 bullitt one is the same as the v-6 one and cheaper.

stiffer springs and struts will make a difference, my 1996 cobra showed no difference when I removed my brace for the supercharger...also Ford's are notoriously clogged up on the exhaust, headers and pipes make a huge difference..spend your money wisely

I'd say that the strut tower brace would be more for show in your case. They were invented for support during serious track racing, which I doubt you'll be doing on the highway, lol. But I must say, they look sweet! I love them.
