Default New gt style v6 grill

I just saw this over at the American Muscle website, thought you guys still running the v6 bumper would like this. Rather then cutting your bumper, this looks really similar to the gt grill and is a bargin. Thought yall would like to know this is now an option.

I wondered why it was so cheap. They charge another $159 for the wiring harness...

I've got a real GT grille on mine right now, and I don't even use the fog lamps. I'd get that one just because it'd fit better, but not for $215.

I'd rather get a Screamin' Demon and leave the GT grille on there.

I just mounted fog lights in front of my original grill. Very cost effective and I like the way it looks.

I've used them a few times, but because of the way the grille sits in the v6 bumper, the lights are aimed upwards slightly, which causes other drivers to flash their high beams at me thinking I have mine on.

I would use them if I could get them properly adjusted, but since I can't, I find it better to just be courteous to the other drivers and just leave them off.

Hmm, you should post up some pics of that. I'd like to see how it looks.

I've got a custom-fitted GT grille, so everything fits nice and I didn't pay the high price.

hasnt anyone noticed yet? it doesnt even look like a GT grille, the fog lamps are wayyyy too close to the middle, its like halfway between stock GT placement, and the grille that moves them to the middle, it looks hideous to me, just absolutely awkward

I noticed it when I first saw that grill when looking around for options to upgrade to. And you are right, it doesn't look right. It doesn't look like a GT.

I think it looks misproportioned personally but that's just me.

i dont understand why they did that. i mean, they have halo fog light grilles for the v6, but they dont have the pony in the middle. i dont understand why they dont make a normally proportioned stock GT style grille...

oh, well, guess im just gonna have to buy the CDC tribar grille!!

im sure its a snap to install, even with limited electronic experience, changing a grille is painstakingly easy, so the hardest part would be installing the harness

I like the stock v6 and GT grilles as well as the OEM style center mount fog lamp grille, but I don't like the Pony Package, billet, etc. grilles.

I have both the v6 and GT stock grilles, but i'm still salivating over the center mount fog grille. Could be fun to have a few options to switch between.
