When my local dealer where i purchased my 05 new informed me the 80K emissions warranty didn't apply to my 70K mileage when it came to EVAP issues and wanted $85 just to smoke test. I followed many comments here and replaced the solenoid valve first with no luck. then replaced the purge valve also with no success. after inspecting everything i could see on the complete system i found a ding on the plastic line coming out of the rear canister tray. the line is parallel to a steel line same size. after covering the ding with RTV I have gone 8 days without throwing the code when any changes made before would still throw the code after only a couple of days of driving. i hate throwing parts at a problem but in this case i spent less on parts than the $85 the dealer wanter just to test.

im having the same issue, getting code p0443, i've replace the solenoid and also replace the ring in the gas tank where the filler neck goes in was leaking. reseted it and still came on.. i have a 96 gt where is this canister located? thx
