i just bought an 05 mustang v6 with 40k on it for about 10000, one hell of a deal i couldnt pass up, but naturally its basically bone stock and im looking for a security system with little hassle and fairly inexpensive...id like something oem if possible, anyone have any ideas?



and if anyone knows; what color is my mustang, its like a mix between gold gray and brown.

screw the security system, get an exhaust so it sounds good, and maybe a roush body kit and some stripes, but if you want the security go with a cifford or viper.

welcome msagraves to the forums and AFM i might have to agree on this one , a security system is nice if your in a bad area, but then again, thats what insurance is for. sink that cash into some nice performance stuff. good deal on the car. i got a 05 basic v6 with 44,000 in real nice shape for 11 grand a yr ago, i thought the same thing, couldnt pass it up, plus i really wanted the stang have fun here, lots to learn....

it has a catback flowmaster exhaust on it and makes it sound mean as hell, im not a big fan of body kits anymore after the focus i had, long story shory ill never buy another bodykit, and of course ill have the basic performance upgrades cold air intake, gt wheels, suspention, blah blah blah, i know where to go for all that but i just needed guidance on the security cause i really dont wanna f up the wiring or anything,

all together i love the car, although i have found it hard too go slow lol my foot just loves the floor i guess
