If it comes down to a new v6 or a new v8 go v8 if your into modding them. If its a new v6 and the previous model v8 go with the v6. The new v6 is nice and if your not trying to get a huge amount of power they are as quick as they need to be for a daily driver. There are also some nice mods for them, and they get alot better mileage than the v8. Mine is getting 24 around town right now, and about 32 on long trips.
