Most of the Duralast line seems to be pretty good IMO. Have had their pads on a few different vehicles just not the Mustang. Sometimes the aftermarket rotors (stock replacement) seem to be better than the factory installed.

I have Duralast ceramic pads in mine and the pads themselves wear like iron. However...I had to return the first set and exchange them for a second because the riveted-on springs popped off while handling them before they were even installed.

Check the springs and make sure the set you get is riveted on properly before you leave the store.

Anything referred to as 'wearing like iron' means that it lasts a long time and doesn't wear out fast. That's a term that has been around much longer than the existence of the automobile.

it will have a set of new slide pins.

u pop out the old ones ( 8 per pair )

and pop in new ones then lube em up, it allows brakes to slide in evenly.

not a must. but worth while if your in there.

the C max came with the hardware kit and a really fancy box

the riveted springs are trickey ut if u push down on them and twist backwards they will go back on.

once u put the pads on teey are compressed if they are loose
