Want to See the window sticker?

I Don't know if you guys have seen this before but if you want to see the window sticker that came with your car when it was bought new then do the following.

1. take the link " http://services.forddirect.fordvehic...icker.pdf?vin= " and paste it into the address bar (Delete the " marks)
2. take your vin number and copy it directly as it is written and type it in after the (Vin=) do not add spaces or dashes.
3. Click go and see the sticker that came with your new stang.

BTW: This does not work with all stangs!

I just tried it with mine. It said that the site was temporarily unavailable....does that mean mine won't work? I've tried it before a few months ago and I got the same message...

i can do ya one better. you can get a authentic original window sticker that came in your car, with the backing still on it, unstuck, brand new for free by writing to this address, give them your vin # and say please and thank you. it will take a few weeks or so to get it, but its pretty nice. they use a full size envelope so its not even folded. ive got one now for both our cars.
